หนึ่งใน Pain Point ใหญ่ที่เราพบ คือบริษัท รปภ. จำนวนมากปฏิบัติงานจริงอย่างหนัก แต่กลับวางบิลและเก็บเงินไม่ได้ตามกำหนด เพียงเพราะขาดเอกสารและรายงานการเข้างานที่ตรวจสอบได้ คณะกรรมการนิติบุคคลจึงไม่สามารถอนุมัติจ่ายเงิน ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อกระแสเงินสดและต้นทุนธุรกิจ

ขณะเดียวกัน ด้วยมุมมองจากพันธมิตรสำนักงานบัญชีที่ดูแลกลุ่มธุรกิจรักษาความปลอดภัย ทำให้เราเห็นลึกไปถึงโครงสร้างการคำนวณค่าแรง เงินเดือน การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน และกำไรราย ไซค์งาน

ในปี 2561 DailyWork จึงถูกสร้างขึ้น ไม่ใช่เพียงเพื่อเปลี่ยนกระดาษเป็นดิจิทัล แต่เพื่อเป็นระบบบริหารจัดการที่เชื่อมโยง “หน้างาน” เข้ากับ “ฝ่ายบริหาร” อย่างไร้รอยต่อ ช่วยลดงานซ้ำซ้อน ควบคุมต้นทุนแม่นยำ และออกเอกสารเก็บเงินได้รวดเร็วขึ้น

Building on our experience developing a residential management platform used by more than 500,000 users nationwide, we gained firsthand insight into the complexities of property management and outsourced workforce operations—particularly across the security and facility services sectors.

One critical challenge quickly became clear. Security service providers could deliver excellent service, yet still face delayed payments because attendance records and supporting documentation were incomplete, inconsistent, or difficult to verify. Without reliable operational data, clients and management committees could not approve invoices efficiently, creating a ripple effect across billing, cash flow, payroll, and operating costs.

At the same time, through our partnerships with accounting firms specializing in security and workforce-intensive businesses, we developed deeper insight into labor cost structures, payroll calculations, site-level profitability, invoicing, and financial analytics.

This experience led us to an important realization: effective workforce management goes far beyond tracking attendance. It requires seamless integration of data across workforce scheduling, field operations, payroll, invoicing, cost management, and executive reporting.

In 2018, DailyWork was launched with a clear purpose—not simply to digitize paperwork, but to seamlessly connect frontline operations with management and financial processes. Today, DailyWork empowers organizations to eliminate redundant workflows, improve operational visibility, control costs more accurately, accelerate billing cycles, and make better business decisions through reliable real-time data.

Demonstrating our continued investment in technology and innovation, DailyWork has received Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) promotion privileges for two projects. This recognition reflects our commitment to developing technology-driven solutions and strengthening our long-term capabilities as a trusted ERP and business technology partner.
